Timing help

That's not it. I checked that like 19 times to make sure it was dead on. It won't idle either. I think I might have to swing the dizzy a bit more. I just really wanted to know what that vacuum lookin thing is.

Its nothing major, Id play with the dizzy,but I swear it sounds like your a tooth off.
