Truck wont idle... Help?

Truck wont idle. When I push the clutch in the motor dies. I had it idiling but it idled REALLY high. But heres the kicker... Every once in a while the damn thing runs and idles perfect bit its few and far between. Any Ideas?

Check for your EGR valve sticking open or partially open, as that will cause lack of idle.

Ok I will check tomorrow. Anything else to check for?

vacuum leaks, spray some starter fluid around vacuum hoses, carb and intake, if theres a leak, you will hear the rpms change.
