lookin for help on tune up

I have an 84 b2000 an i am lookin for help with a tune up in my area of reno

change oil, plugs, wires, dizzy cap and button, fuel filter, air filter, check all other fluids, should be good to go. not hard to do

I need new valves an valve adjustment new gaskets...the truck has been sittin for awhile...if i could find a good motor i would swap it out

How do you go from tune up to that?

same thing for me to i think i need new valves or valve ajustment
