Quick question. I want to know if i will have any problems changing out motors from my Mazda 1987 b2000 to my Mazda 1991 b2200 same engine but the new one has an automatic tranny in it and the old one is standard any help on this would be greatly appreciated

I'm about 99% sure that there will be no issues if you are keeping the MT in the truck. Or are you planning on swapping it out for the automatic transmission too? If you are the only things I believe that you will end up having to swap, is the wire harness and the ecu. But if you are just simply swapping the engines, and keeping the 5 speed transmission there shouldn't be any issues at all. If there was a problem the only thing I could think of is maybe the bell housings not lining up to the engine although I think they will line up perfectly.

Should be a direct swap just don't forget about the pilot bearing that hours in the back of the crank for the MT easy to put in
