Easy Motor Swap

Whats up guys and gals (if there are any)
Im new to the forum, and i just picked me up a 90 B2200. I got the car off craigslist with intentions of turning it into a drift truck but my plans were stopped because my dd just took a major Sh^t on me. so heres my story lol. Got the truck owner said fuel pump was bad, fixed the fuel situation got the truck started and........ i have a HUGE rod knock soo its time to either replace for dd or just swap the motor while i have the time. So do any of you fellow b owner know of a simple motor swap i know stock is the most simple but what would be the next step?? I keep hearing of the ranger v6 swap?? how hard is this swap and has anyone done it? a quick response would be greatly appreciated Thnx..

There's nonsuch thing as an easy swap... But from what I heat the kid FE3 swap is pretty easy u just have to know your shit when it comes to efi and ecu's
