Water in the cab?

Hi, it has been raining here the past few days and I have started to notice water is somehow getting into the cab of my truck. It looks like by way of maybe the cowl where it pulls in outside air? Anything to remedy this?

Remove the cowl, pretty staightforward. Then clean out leaves, debris, likely blocking the drains, like little beaver dams.
