Where is the Key chime located at in a Mazda B2200 so I can tear that thing out!!!!

Under the dash on the left hand side. You can feel it vibrating when it is "ringing". Just pull it out and it will stop. But remember that the thing will not chime when the lights are left on.

Is it a plug, or a chip or what?

It is a black rectangular box that is about 1-1/2 to 2" tall and 1-1/4" square. Just pull it "up" and it will pop out of its socket.
