Looks very nice there!

Curious, do you have any plans to put walls on the inside of the fenders, or any sort of shield to keep dirt and debris from getting to your engine? Or is it going to remain an open? Sorry, very inquiring mind wants to know.

thanks for reading the whole thread!

Mikey, I'm very happy to be back working on
the truck and i cant wait to skeleton the box and
continue the sheet metal work, its been an awesome
learning experience thanks for looking.

Emjay i plan on leavimg them as is because i like the open
look better. I can always box them in later if I decide
to do so.

Today i finished painting the firewall and once its dry and
unmasked I'll get some pictures up!

Wow, those inner tubs turned out nice!!! Funny, THAT is what I envisioned when I did the daughters truck. Unfortunately that is not exactly what I ended up with. Look forward to your latest pics of the firewall.

hey guys i have had it together for a while now so here are some pictures! I have also been busy treating the light surface
rust on the rockers and cab/box corners of my 2500 with por15 and then i mixed up some proform 2 part bedliner and sprayed it from a gun. turned out amazing and to think a friend was quoted $1000 to get his sprayed.

Next im hoping to fix a few dents on the truck and spray it a different color before or city's anual "cruise weekend" and show n shine. Im getting sick of the original flat black paint and its ime for a change. Im going to be spraying the truck myself so it should be a good learning experience.

Finally got the truck out to its first local show/meet
Lots of swapped drift and Euro cars but the truck still
got way more attention than i had ever imagined. Lots
of pictures were taken by people i didnt know but I
have owned been tagged in a few so far. Felt great to
finally show off the truck and catch up with some old friends

Few swapped rides that interested me were an LS1 RX7, SR20 BMW and a RB25 280Z

The truck is far from finished but it still felt great to have it on display. I also had the opportunity to do some serious drags for everyone at the show! Easily the hardest I have railed the truck since assembly.
Thanks for looking
