Lately i have been giving my brain a bit of a break with this project. Im waiting for my spindles to come in before i rebag the front which should be early next week. The last few days i finalized my new truck. 2008 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 Big horn edition with 27,000. I already have installed full flowmaster exhaust and a ready lift 2.5" front levling kit and a ready lift 1" rear block

got my lowering spindles and s10 balljoints form mazda man!

modified LCA for balljoint flip/S10 joint

s10 joint on LCA I'm thinking this should be flipped but its just so thick i think it may interfere with lower bag mount placement

something is binding and im still about 2-3 inches from laying frame
could this be because my lower joint isnt flipped?

Well i have found that even with the spindles my upper balljoints are still binding before the truck can lay frame. should i be spacing the UCA closer into the frame or flip the lower balljoint?

Well, here is my .02
1. If you flip the lower ball joint you will only ADD additional clearance between the LCA and frame. You will not change what is happening between the UCA and the upper balljoint.
2. If you pie cut the UCA then you should be able to get the frame closer to the ground assuming the LCA does not hit the frame first. IF the LCA hits first, then I would consider flipping the lower ball joint.

i have drop spindles and didnt have to pie cut my uca's, hell i can put 20s on it and still lay out
im not sure why you are having so hard a time geting it to lay, both ball jounts are fliped tho

Yeah do not sell it, I have gotten frustrated many times with mine and have no help from "friends" but they always need help. Just take a break from it for a while watch some mini truck vids and eventually the motivation will kick back in. I would help you out but pretty sure your not close to me lol.

and remember that in the front you aint going to be laying frame anyways. you will be laying front crossmemeber which is like an inch below the frame anyways. If you are trying to lay it on the ground your lower arms will hit the ground before crossmember as well. raising it another half inch or so. you have to cut that part off or just drag it one time and you will be on crossmember.
