well guys, not much of anything done to it but the motor is built. hopefully getting the tranny soon.

heres my 2 steps back on the project. im swaping to silverado 6 lug spindles, hubs and rear end. whole reason im doing this is im going with the ssbc big brake kit. plus now im going to build one off upper and lower arms. really high travel. and get rid of most of the chamber. then i will be able to run a good brake booster and have more room for my exhaust. im going to start once i get everything in and get my frame table fabed.

sorry for the lack of progress but its still getting built.

well ive been working on the front suspenison again. remember it isnt done at all. there is plenty of plating, grinding and more grinding and plating. i know all about the welding to cast, so i have a few tricks up my sleeve so it will be plenty strong wheen done. so here it is. just go one side done so far. i raised the upper arm 4 inchs and extended it 3. both ball joints where replaced with 10,000 pound heimjoints. steering will all be unijoints to. gets great turning still and only has a 5 degree schmber change threw the motion.

here it is. its layed out hard as hell to.

i know the arms are ugly as hell right now, but they will be fixed and made show worthy.

The geometry of those arms doesn't look right to me!

Nice build!

hows the geometry look off? i know they dont look good yet but the travel the wheels stay perfectly centered. its the same geometry of the stocks just extended.

If it sits like that when layed out when you air up will you not get to much positive camber

when it untucks the tire is perfectly flat. it on negative chambers 5 degrees and get 15 inchs of travel.
