my slow but one day finished project...

yeah, the cab is coming off anyways. i am thinking the same thing. really the only reason i was asking is cause with all the work i will be doing to the frame and then painting it, i didn't want to have a nice frame and then screw it up from all the sparks and stuff flying around when doing the bodydrop. but i think that is the best way to do it so i will just have to hope i don't screw anything up.

or...this just came to me...it will be a lot of work but i could pull the cab off and get the frame where i want it, then put the cab back on, bodydrop it, and then pull the cab back off, paint the frame, and put the cab back on.

haha. or...not worry to much about the frame seeing as how i will be dragging the hell out of her anyways. muuuhhahaahahaa.

its true... the part of my frame exposed ( from the cab back) is gettin smothed and painted as well as the frame under the hood but the stuff under the cab is gettin por 15. and rubberized undercoat.

well, i started shaving the rain gutters yesterday. i will post some pics up soon. i hope to order the b piller fillers form matt at grant kustoms soon. hopefully next week i can get the cab off the frame and get started on building a new one. it is a texas truck and the frame is good, i just want to build a custom one just to say i did it.

i am about to start working a ton of hours at work so i will be making a little extra cash for the truck but won't have much time to work on her. plus i am waiting on my check for what happened to the 83. that is turning out to be a sweet deal in my favor. i should have played the lotto that night. but as soon as i get that check i am ordering the a arms from matt at grantkustoms and getting some 2x4 to do a backhalf.

damn ryan got a major project there man!!! lookd good. i cant wait til i get my own garage again

yeah and im diggin the frenched license plate in the first set of pics. haha. man, i wouldnt strip my truck and do an irs setup...mainly because id get 1/2 way thru and say fuck it. good luck! -bf
