shouldn't of mounted on teh side of the bars... center your bags on the bars ... if not, you'll have some bad bushing wear...

what welder are you using looks like you forgot to turn the gas on.

and nice lever to twist those bars in half

and wheres the other gusset

not bein a dick but man u have a great opportunity here an ur leavin some stuff left out in the open

He is using fluxcore wire, so it doesnt use argon...... Id re position the bag in the center of the bar so it wont tweak and twist and trim down the top bag mount for sure so it doesnt tweak or twist in the long run......Just my .02 cents....other than that looking pretty good

ya...just move your lower bars outboard till there under your bag..

Yeah we are using fluxcore wire no gas. The other triangle gusset is on the underside of the lower bag bracket.

Think it would be worth moving the upper 4 link bar in and move the bags in to the middle of the lower bar?

i know i t would suck to cut loose after its all set and done but for the future i wouldnt want my rear suspension out of whack, especially having parts wear out, because tht would get pricey after awhile...

DEFINITELY cut the lower bars off and move them more towards the outside and center the bags over the bars
