I have been looking for 4 hours now trying to figure out a system for my b2000 single cab. Any ideas? I was thinking 2 4in in rear 2 4inch componts in front and 1 or 2 8in or 10in subs behind the seat? What have you all done? thx

Make some kick panel pods! Lol fiberglass in isn't all that hard. 
It's a much better sound quality than the little 4 inches in the dash pointed straight at your/your passengers legs
I also have some 6x9s mounted on the floor behind each seat for more mid/highs, but then again I've also got 2 12 inch woofers as well.
(also before someone kills me for all that overspray, it's plastidip. It rubs off I just have yet to do it... Lol)
