I'd go with pioneers, they are solid subs hit real hard with a good mp, and are rather cheap compared to the other name brands and they are just as good. i have a pioneer ten and 12 in my xcab, it's like a boss.

I am currently building a sealed box for a pioneer sub and the dimensions are super small, perfect for a std cab.
I have never before used Pioneer but we will see if it work well or not.

Here is a design that someone on here came up with. sorry I don't rememeber who to give credit to. But when I get to it I'm going to do this design.

Sundown e series or see if you can squeeze a sundown sa 8 in there in about .6 cubic foot ported box... what amp you running?
