[Need Help] Running Audio Cables into the Door (1992 B2200)

I'm trying to run audio cables from the dashboard into the door for some mid-range speakers.

Does anyone know of a good way to put them in without pinching the wire in the door? Thanks!

I like going to salvage yard! N getting wire loom from any random car that has speakers or power windows! Hope this helps!

I got my looms off of ebay. I have pics of them installed but my camera is at work. I will post pics of it on monday. Mine came out nice.
