How to remove gauge rivets?

how do you remove the gas and temp gauge face rivets of an 89 b2200??

i wood like to know this to because i have the white gauges and i put them in and rivets are still there and i think it is causing problems with my cluster

your supposed to leave the stock panels in there and put the with faces over them hence the sticky tape

how do you take the gas a hot and cold needles off like in the pic

very tiny pins hold the needles on... just pull the pin and away you go

so if i have ripped my old faceplates out... will the white ones still work?

i have the white ones in right now without the stock ones in i ripped the stock out when i couldn't get the rivets out it does work does anyone know how to get the rivets out
