How do you remove the headrests on a bench seat?

not sure but maybe the same as buckets, theres a clip you have to pull/push i dont remember to get them out, you will need a pick to get to it the holes are small

i gave up on trying to get mine out haha i swapped my seats from the old truck that already had no headrests
