retro dash question

hey guys...been awile since ive been on here....works been keeping me busy. but now that im the service manager for the shop ill have some more free time for the truck which happens to be parked with shot wheel bearings till next weeken...but anyways....

i have a friend that has a 66 impala dash and im thinkin about buyin it for the mazda.....just wondering if anyone has installed an ol skool dash in a b series and might have some info for me on where to section it....

i have seen impala dashs in a b series before i know you have modify it to fit its too big you would have to trim the ends

ya most of the time they cut out the middle and make it fit back together that way so it looks right

ya i know it has to be sectioned in the middle. just wondering if anyone on here has done it that could help out

ya i thought i seen one but didnt turn anything up. so maybe on another site....not sure....
