well, my speedo/odometer work. but my fuel gauges works only when there is under a 1/4 tank, and the temp gauge never registers up to where it should. is this common? any ideas?

on the fuel gauge its prolly the same problem as mine, the wires in the sending unit weren't making contact. As for the Temp gauge, mine still doesn't work, I've got a aftermarket temp gauge in mine.

okay sweet, can i get to the wires on the tank without taking the bed off? i know they are making a good connection at the cluster!

The easiest way is to pull the bed off unless you would rather drop the tank, which in my opinion is more of a pain. Hope that helps!

soak your bed bolts in wd 40 every day for a few days, then impact them off... mine sucked bad, but not too bad on my parts truck. be sure its the right size socket... hammer it on lol, dont strip... its a hard spot to cut/grind a bolt out of...
