Trans Question

does anyone have a def. answer on if a 700R trans off a 2.8 will work on a 4.3?

of coarse it will numb nuts!! If i am not mistaken the bell housing is the same.

you dumb bitch! I thought the same thing, but Micheal said he talked to someone at Chevy and he said it won't!

I don't think GM put a 700r to the 2.8 I think it is 200r and from my understanding the 2.8 engine has its own bolt pattern for the bell housing



but I could be wrong it's happened before
