having problems with heater/heater fan

my heater isn't working that well. but i'm not too worried about right now. its mostly the fan. when i got the truck, the first fan speed didn't work. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th worked. then 2 stopped working. 3 and 4 work but i hate having to turn it on full all the time. could someone tell me what i need to change to make the fan work? my climate control dials are sh*t but my local junkyard just got two mazda trucks and one has a very good interior. so i'm gonna swap the whole climate control thing. what else do i need to get? the blower motor? please help i'm really getting tired of my fan lol

I think I remember reading something on here that theres a resistor in the fan that goes bad and causes these problems. It was mentioned that the price was around 400 bucks for it. Def want to get the blower motor.

I have 2 sitting in my garage if anyone wants one and they work great.

how much for one? and your talking about the blower motor, right?

you just need the resitor that the wires plug into....i have a cpl of thgem as well
