hey, those are the same adapters i have with my set but they won't go on my doors. any idea why?

Ya, those are the ones on my truck ('93) with the middle pic (splined) adapter on it. Is that the one you have?

pretty much but with a knob. my adapters are the same though. how did you get yours on?

You have to slightly drill out the centers to make them fit on the Mazda spline.

aaahhhhhh! good call. didn't think of that. any idea what size drill bit?
