what paint works good for the meterial on the door handle

SEM color dyes are good for dying the plastic trims....if you want to paint them then use a plastic adhesion promoter, then primer then a base clear paint.

where do i pick up the dye

Most any automotive supply store that deals in autobody paints.....look at the SEM website and do a dealer search.
