How was that done it seems simple but im sure its not
it was probably just sanded smooth and painted.
Sand, Sand, Sand, Filler Primer, Sand, Sand, Filler Primer, Sand......
You get the point buddy! It's a nice finish, but super time consuming!
And especially if you are a perfectionist....
Dev
Hit the whole thing up with 80 grti, to knock down the texture, then use finishing putty on the whole dash, put it on smooth and it will make life easier in the end....then block it out smooth, filler prime it, wetsand it with 320 - 400 - 600 seal it then paint it...
that looks NICE. i lvoe that color.
This guy knows what he is talking about! I would listen up!
Good luck!
Yes, that is a very nice blue!
Devon
That dash looks damn familiar - except for its the wrong color
Dev & Gravity got it covered.
I have painted a few dash boards....it sucks and takes tonnes of time...especially the tray on the right side.
cant you just put a coat of fiberglass resin on it and sand it smooth? have had a few people tell me that
holy crap that is beautiful
