yanking the dash is easy, that "universal " dash looks like it would be a pain in the ass to put in the truck, lots of trimming and cutting, if you have the time and patience just glass your dash yourself,

if your going to go through all the work of putting in a differant dash, do something thats going to be unique and that no one has has seen.
its a lot of work to rip it all out and then put a new one in, might as well make it one of a kind!

That dash is made from a Grand Am and was origionally an Ultimate Customs product. A guy from Oshawa, ON, Canada, made the mold for it (worked at Ultimate and was sold from there, cost $800 about 10 years ago). After a few years he sold it to a big parts company in the USA who now makes them. They are an awesome dash, lots of room for everything, and easy to paint. I just put one in an S10 a few months ago and it took about 3 hours to get properly fitted with a few brackets made up. They look really good and are easy to add designs too or change a bit to make your own. For $350 its well worth it. It would take you at least 40-60 hours to make anything like this.

eh, ive seen em in s10s before. they dont do much for me. i mean its not a dash you see commonly, But imo, if it doesnt flow with the rest of the truck, its really not worth it.
