aight here we go i started with my empty stock stereo holder pod thing and i 'glassed 2 6.5" speakers in it

then i stretched fabric over it make sure its very very stretchy

then resin started flyin every where and some of it landed on the enclosure

then the long process of sanding bondo and more sanding then more bondo then primer

then i wrapped it with fabric cause it would have taken entirely too long to get it smooth enough to paint and i had left over fabric

and dont pay too much attention to the speakers that are in there now they are temporary cause i haven't decided on which ones to get but im leadin towards RF power series if u got questions hit me up with a pm

I've considered doing my lil dash speakers like that $100+ for them suckers I don't think I actually hear them

Nice job, be interested in seeing the "installed" pics.

Are you sure one layer of fabric is going to be strong enough to hold them?

I have heard that resin soaked fleece (which is what that looks to be) is not strong enough to support any weight. Therefore, your supposed to put a few layers of cloth or mat on it.....

I know that fleece+resin is not very strong because i made some interior pieces for my old daily with it and managed to crack one of them by barely flexing it trying to intall it

i added a few more layers of mat to the thin areas at the top and bottom sry for not mentioning that

Lookin good - I currently have my Head unit down there in my cab plus - BUT I have to move it up top Cuz it feels SO WRONG down there - I have had my head unit in my Reg cab up top for allmost 15 years.
