3 of the 4 bolt holes you should just be able to drill and tap new holes. but the 4th mount is angles so you would need to make some kinda bracket or something or just not even use it. i put escort gt seats in my mazda and all i did was drill and tap new holes, everything seemed to work out fine.

Wow your first was burning my eyes when I tried to read it. Anyways I have had mitsubishi starion seats and currently have probe gt seats in my mazda and on both sets of seats I took the feet off the stock mazda seat and welded them to the bottom of the new seats. They are held on with rivets so with a little griding they came right off. I'll take a pic of my probe seats tomorrow.

one more thing, what about the height?, i dont want it to be overly low to where i have to use a booster seat but a lil lower will be ok. will this be a problem

if i were you, id just pull out my stock seat and set the civic seat in there and sit in it. that way you can make any adjustments you need before you actally bolt it in.
