flasher for led bulbs???

I have just added clear tail light lenses with led turn signal and brake light bulbs. My problem is that the led turns obviously dont use the same amount of power to flash so they are flashing like they would if you had a bulb burnt out. I called Oreillys and they had nothing. Does anyone know of where I can get a lighter duty flasher so that they flash correctly?

What you need are load stabilizers. They wire inline with the bulbs wiring (kinda like a bass blocker if you know what I'm talking about) and mimic a load like a normal bulb would pull. They come in packs of 2 and I know for a fact they sell them at AutoZone.

Not sure about the AutoZone in your area but that is where I got my load stabilizers. They work great for the LED turn signals.

hey do you guys have pictures of how/where you wired these up? i just put led turns on my truck but theres not much room in the back to wire in the resistors. just trying to get an idea of what other people have done.

For my setup I wired a resister into each of the 4 corner turn signals. In the rear there is a lot of room below the pocket that the taillights mount in. Up front is a little tighter but where the wiring goes into the engine compartment there is room to mount the resister. Not sure if it makes a difference but I wired the resister into the + side of each bulb and not the - side.
