never seen a chrome bumper without them, on my old truck I just put some chrome spike acorn nuts in there, looked mean

never seen one either but i had a half tag on mine that was all chrome with chrome bolts it looked good if you wanted to you couls weld em up and have it re chromed

nope,cuz those are the factory licence plate mount locations.
Alot of lame places,such as ontario,require by law to have a front plate.
