more chrome!!!

i dont know if someone already made a post about this but here it goes:

before i say anything else, i'm not responsible if you try this and it turns out different or makes something worse. try it out on a small part first.


i'm fixing a dent on my truck and i was using Duplicolor paint stripper to speed it up. anyways i decided to spray some of that stuff on the black paint on the chrome around my windows. heres what i mean:



i waited less than a minute and wiped the paint off:



like i said, i'm not responsible if you mess something up. but it worked great for me. it also cleaned my chrome really good.

ya same. but i taped it off and everything. not that it really works on my car paint. i didn't want to sand as much so i sprayed it on and the thing said 20-30 mins. so i come back in 30 and it didn't do shit. and its stock paint.

some automotive stores sell air craft strength paint stripper.... you can strip your truck in a few hours with the stuff.... i know that auto zone carries it...

We used to draw smiley faces, and weiners on peoples hoods that pissed us off in high school.
