shaving handles

Hi ya'll first post. Quick question i want to flip my tailgate handle on my 1991 b2200, and i was wondering if i have to do anything besides removing the plastic clips, and cutting the inside of the tailgate and unbolting and flipping the handle and bolt it back in place inside? thanks

Doesnt anybody know how to do this? a website to go to? anything?
