cutting grill?

well im in the process of workin on an extra grill. kinda secret on whats goin on but anyways, what could i use to cut out the grill, not just straight line, im also putting a couple curved cuts so a dremel isnt the only key to this. any ideas or secrets that i might not know?? -bf

Body saw's work great for this...so does a jigsaw on low speed with a fine blade...

I concur, I used my die grinder and cut off tool, and it worked well. Wear your safety glasses, burnin hot plastic fragments in the eyes sucks.

filing works well for smoothing out the cuts too.

i used a dir grinder. worked wonders.
