How in the hell do I get it out? Is it through the wheel well or do I have to remove the whole fender?

remove the fender it is bolted inside of it. what i would do is put a rubber duckie 12" inside of your dash works fine for me....

theres a cover at the base of the antenna bracket remove it and there will be two screws holding it in the only problem if you remove it this way and dont replace it there will be a hole in the finder

yah remove it put it under the dash and weld a piece of metal and then grind smooth cover with bondo
sand filler putty, like dolphin glaze

mines located in the engine bay in front of the wiper cowl.

mine is under the dash now
