chrome trim???

ok my last b had it and my new to me one doesnt but then again my front windshield had black around it and the black has peeled away to leave the chrome so can i do the same for the sides with some paint thinner and the chrome polish???

i did this to a 91 silverado grille shell and a buddys civic once.......

thanks it isnt no biggie but i guess it would be nice......

u can but once u peel that black covering off,the metal underneath rusts real fast.I am doint that to the front winshield molding of a 93 2600 now and when I get it all cleaned and polished I am going to clear it so it will not rust>BJ
