wiper cowl vents

what do they do.. is it wise to shave them, or will this cause problems down the road?

its just for your vent when u arent using ac i shaved mine

blows in the cab, pull it off and look at it there isnt much under there just plastic vent things and your wiper bar thing

yes! i wished i took the time to shave mine...
probably will sometime in the future.
and im pretty sure its just uses outside air to vent when you open the vents up inside the cab...

your heater won't work as good with it shaved

hrm but it wont be drivin in the winter much.. only on really nice days.. since i will have my parents astro van as my beater

Mine are shaved, but i dont have my heater hooked up i dont drive my truck in the winter...

so, if u dont have ac or plan on driving it in the winter shave the damn thing right?

Yea i did, not a big thing to worry about. If u want u can alway go get another cowl...Looks alot better imo thought shaved
