Your lower "A" arms are hitting the frame.

well I just looked at it and my brackets that hold the bump stopS on is hitting. should I cut those off

Yes. I've read where some people have clearanced the "A" arm, but removing the bump stop bracket will help.

Truck is looking great! Cut it off dont let it get in the way. If you are afraid of cutting get drop spindles or lowering control arms. Cutting is the most inexpensive way.

Are you sure the upper arm is not hitting the corner of the shock tower/upper shock mount?

it looks like it's hitting the upper Bump stop mount

shocks # 94037 from napa auto parts 8.3 inches and they rock... 32217 (9.25 in) shocks can kick rocks!!! Hell stock is 9 5/8ths Not much between those two. Now to figure if i should cut the bump stop bracket off all together?
