how do i re index torsion bars or what do i even do re index the torsion bar cuz i am trying to lower truck and on a really tight buget so let me know whats up

Jack the truck up remove the anchor bolts remove the anchors from the bars an rotate the anchors up toward the cab then put the bolts back in then happy times
