I was just wondering if there was an easy way to lengthen the drive shaft or if it had to be done.

are you stretching the frame then? If so than a good machine shop should be able to re-tube the driveline.

Yes you will have to move the rear end back a bit to center the wheels in the wheel well...

Like Sleepy said, any good machine shop should be able to get that done...
