Front spring hangers

This may sound like a stupid ? but which would be the best way to remove them from my parts truck to the other? Grinder , saws all? I need to reuse them so I cant screw em up too bad. Any ideas ?

grind the welds down then pry them loose when you have them off clean up the ground off welds

That was the original plan but i didnt know if the grinders heat would mess anything up.

just curious, why would you need them again?
