RE-Index the torsion bars???

ok so im a newb to the mazda scene......im wanting to drop the mazda and have been reading up on static drops......from what ive gathered i can either loosen the torsion bars and dump it and have it ride like ass or i can re-index the torsion bars and get just as low but still retain ride quality(more so than loosening the torsion bars).......so my question is how do i re-ndex the torsion bars???

bump bump!!! id like to know about this also. ive seen some slightly indepth write ups about it but no write ups with pics and stuff. could someone please help out the lil guys who cant afford to bag right now???

pull the bolt slide the bar out of the control are reindex it 2 or 3 splines (up toward the truck with the bracket) reassemble

The whole up toward the truck with the bracket thing confused me.

thanx guys, this helps me out a great deal. I do belive i will do this tommorrow. As i do it i will take pictures and do a lil write up on it.....see if we cant make it a sticky

I did 5 splines on mine. If I knew how to post pics I would. I can e-mail them to someone. I also cut off the bump stop and the mount that was welded to the frame. The rear I did 3 inch blocks and pulled 2 middle leafs. that is a link to my mautofied ad,
