can any of you guys tell me how to take my upper control arms apart (take the shaft out)

come on some one must know how they come apart you guys are my only source of knowledge coz there is no mini truck scene over hear in the uk .

You unscrew the end caps with a large wrench or impact socket. Clamp the arm in the vise very tightly.
