My buddy has an 89 ext cab b2200 and is wanting to get some new wheels for it but is having trouble finding out what offset to get!he is looking for some 17x7.5 aftermarket wheels!any help would be greatly appreciated!!

With a 7.5" wheel your going to want atleast +31mm if not more if you can get it.
