ques on control arms

wen i bought my truck my buddy parted out his b2200 soo he gave me the front bag brackets....nit sure what they are they are bolt in and they look ike they are the dropped control arms i installed them they dnt rub....but still dont kno bout them....give me ur opiniuns on them thanks
