Re-Indexing Torsion bars for lift?

Has anyone ever reindexed the torsion bars for lift? do you know how far you would be able to go up, while still being...well...safe i guess you could say?
(1986 Mazda B2000 2wd)

I plan on putting a 3" Bodylift, 2" BJ spacers, and rock my 33s. Could i get much more by reindexing my bars or is it even worth it?

Also, anyone have any recomendation for schocks? Would i get much benefit of putting airshocks as far as lift goes?
