pie cutting the uppers is usually done when ur upper balljoints r binding and need to be relief cut/ pie cute to allow more travel. the cut is also usually right behind the upper balljoint and then welded back together to maintain the desired amount of angle
ok thanks one more thing what the bottom can you cut these to clear the fram the bump stop is grand off to
cut a v shape notch in it where it meets the frame and plate it back and if that aint enough let me know

you could go with drop spindles man. just so happens i got a set that i would give to you for that bed we were talking about.
