i was wonder since when the truck is lowered, the tie rod is at an angle and eventually wears out fast, i was wondering if they sell a flip kit or if it is possible to flip it urself so it straightens up...how would i go about doing this?

you shouldn't need to get new tie rods, and a flip kit or whatever might be bad, and give you bumpsteer. the tie rods are setup from the factory to match the upper and lower control arms to give minimal bumpsteer thoughout suspension travel. no doubt when you drop your truck extremely, your getting toe out, but that's an alignment issue, easy to adjust...

no that's probably not it, unless the tierod is loose. the pop is probably something loose. check your pitman arm, idler arm, and every other connection involved with your steering.
have a friend help you - have them turn the wheel back and forth a bunch of times and you look under the truck and check EVERY part until you see something that doesn't look right. you'll know it when you see it.
on the idler and pitman arms, check the bolts/rivets attaching them to the frame too... could be worn out.

put the front two tires up in the air and rock the wheel on the horizontal axis back and forth you will be able to feel the "pop"..have someone rock it and place your hand on all steering componennts while there rocking it you will be able to feel witch component is bad...

Have you checked the lower nuts of the ball joints on the pitman or idler arm they may come in contact with the tie rods when truck is aired out and you turn the steering wheel.
