will stock wheels fit over dropped spindles?

No. 16+ or I have heard that you can run wheel spacers which I don't recomend.

i can get 16" gmc alloy wheels will they fit anybody try ?

Yes they will fit just fine and they tuck. I run a 225/45/16 . Again I would not use a wheel spacer.
