Anyone else have any problems with thier Lower BJ not breaking loose after you remove the cotter pin and all hardware?
Hmmm....
Maybe I should stick it in the vise? I just haven't heard of it being on soo tight!
Let me know what you think?

go get some pb's blaster (sorta like wd40 but WAY better @ breaking stuff loose) spray it on & let it soak overnight, then in the morning spray it again & let soak a while, then it should come loose....mine was stuck & i got some & sprayd it that evening when i got home, then in the morning before i went to work, when i came home that evening, one swift blow with a hammer & she popped right out!

I've always had to pull mine out with a puller
It can be difficult though because there isn't much of a shoulder for the puller to grab onto so it tends to slip a lot.

Ive contimplated that as well!
I have a 6" Gear Puller that will work!
We will let the PB Fester over night and see what she does in the morn!
Thanks!

I always buy a new castle nut, then unthread the old one like 1 turn and put a piece of wood on hit and crank on it with a hammer...never had a problem.
