Anybody here ever build a watts link? I need some help to calculate the length of the bars.

measure with the width of your frame and how your going to setup your piviot point on the axle. You want the bars parallel to the ground at ride height then measure from th ere.

Just some ideas I'm throwing out:
You could make the longer bars adjustable to a point. My lower link bars have the end threaded into the tubing to allow some adjusting. It's not much but you can fine tune it this way.
Also, the center pivoting bar can have multiple holes (depending on setup) to allow you to connect the longer bars at different locations. This would alter the lift available I think.
As I said, I have never built a watts link but had those ideas laying around.
