How much of a BD is it to the rocker?

How many inches of a BD is required to lay rocker... NOT pinch.

it is:

2.25 to pinch
2.5 to rocker
3.25 to crushed rocker, pretty much cut off rocker except for the flat peice right under the door, so your doors will be an inch above the ground
